Every year the County Grand Orange Lodge of Belfast awards a number of trophies to bands that take part in our parade. The competition is judged by visiting Orangemen from Scotland and England. The categories that we have awards for are; Best Band, Best Dress and Decorm, Best Visiting Band (Outside of Belfast), Best Drum Major (Adult) and Best Drum Major (Junior).
This years winners are:
Best Band – Millar Memorial Flute Band
Best Dress & Decorum – Ballymacarrett Defenders Flute Band
Best Visiting Band – Mourne Young Defenders
Best Drum Major (Adult) – Millar Memorial Flute Band
Best Drum Major (Junior) – Ballymacarrett Defenders Flute Band.
